Kate is Executive Director of the Birmingham Food Council CIC. It has become a thought-leader in how the UK, nationally and locally, can be better prepared for food system shocks.

Before co-founding the CIC, she designed and lead interesting projects with blue-chip clients across the world. She was also subject leader for innovation and the Warwick Manufacturing Group for several years.
